BLUEBERRY PUDDING 
3 1/2 c. fresh blueberries
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. minute tapioca
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour

Combine berries, 1/2 cup sugar and tapioca. Place in a 1 quart buttered casserole. Blend butter, 1/4 cup sugar and flour with a fork into a crumb mixture. Spread over fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 4-5.
