BLACKBERRY PIE | |
3 c. fresh berries 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/8 tsp. salt Double crust Combine berries, sugar, flour, juice and salt. Line pie pan. Add filling, dot with butter and top with crust. Bake in hot oven, 450 degrees, for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to moderate, 350 degrees, and bake 25 to 30 minutes longer. |
