SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN 
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
3 tbsp. ketchup
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tbsp. cornstarch

In a large frying pan over medium heat, saute chopped onion in oil until soft. In small bowl combine ketchup, sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice and black pepper; add to pan with onions. Add chicken to pan. Bring to boil, cover and simmer 25-30 minutes or until chicken is done. Remove chicken to serving platter. Dissolve cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water, add to pan with sauce. Bring sauce to boil, stirring constantly until thickened. Pour sauce over chicken before serving.
