HERB - TOMATO GRILLED CHICKEN 
1 chicken, 3 to 3 1/2 lbs., cut up

BASTING SAUCE:

2 tbsp. oil or melted butter
3/4 c. ketchup or chili sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp. basil

Loosen skin away from chicken. (Helps sauce get to chicken underneath.) Mix together and blend all ingredients. Brush both sides of chicken and place on rack. Grill chicken for 12 to 15 minutes on one side, basting all the while. Turn and repeat until chicken is done. Also good if you marinate chicken in sauce before grilling.
