SUNSHINE CAKE 
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 whole eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. orange extract
1 c. orange marmalade

Cream sugar and butter until light. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one. Add dry ingredients and rest of liquids. Beat well. Pour in 9 inch round cake pans that have been greased and floured. Bake at approximately 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool. Then spread marmalade between layers. Yield: 1 (2 layer) 9 inch cake.
