RAISIN PIE 
1 c. raisins
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
Water to cover
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Cover raisins with water and boil 5 minutes and drain. Melt butter, add sugar, flour, eggs well beaten, vanilla and mix well, add drained raisins and pour into 9 inch pie crust, or 2 shallow crusts. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, or until firm. This pie makes it's own top crust.
