FETTUCINI ALFREDO 
1 box fettucini noodles
1 stick of butter or 1/2 tub "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter"
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1 egg
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
10 twists of pepper, grinder
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chives

Boil noodles; melt butter while noodles are cooking. Drain noodles, add butter; add 1/2 pint heavy cream, 1 egg, nutmeg, pepper, cheese and last 1/4 cup of chives. Add more cream (or milk) if it is too dry. Serve immediately. It does not keep.
