FETTUCINI ALFREDO 
1 (8 oz.) fettucini noodles
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. whipping cream
1 1/4 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Prepare noodles according to package directions, drain and keep warm.

Combine butter and cream in saucepan. Simmer until butter is melted. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 cup cheese and mix well. Add to noodles and toss to coat well. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup of cheese.

Cooked boneless, skinless, chopped chicken can be added - also boiled shrimp is good.
