JENN'S BEST PEACH COBBLER 
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups self-rising flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 cups whole milk
1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches (Del Monte)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cream melted butter, sugar and vanilla. In separate bowl sift all dry ingredients together. Add flour and milk to butter and sugar mixture. Mix well so there are no lumps. Mixture will be thin.

Pour in 9x13x2-inch baking dish. Pour peaches over top. DO NOT MIX!

Bake at 350°F until top is golden brown. Serve with homemade vanilla ice cream.
