BREAD DIP 
2 c. sour cream
2 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. parsley
1 jar dried beef
1 tsp. Apertiff seasoning (if you can get it)

Mix thoroughly and refrigerate. Scoop out 1 loaf Italian bread, (save chunks for dipping), need one other loaf cut up for dipping. Put mix into hollowed loaf. Place on large platter and place broken chunks around dip.
