MONTERAY BREAD 
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. chopped scallion or green onions
1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese

Spread mixture on loaf of French or other bread. Slice horizontally and vertically. Place bread under broiler until cheese bubbles.
