1 stick butter 1 tsp. celery seed 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. paprika Dash of cayenne pepper 1 loaf unsliced bakery bread Cut all crust from loaf of bread. Cut unsliced bread lengthwise all the way through. Soften butter, add spices. Spread the spiced butter on bread halves, then cut loaf 7 times, making 16 slices. Wrap in foil and freeze. Bake frozen 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Last 5 minutes, open foil to let bread toast. |
