HOT CHOCOLATE SOUFFLE 
6 eggs
1/3 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. (4 oz.) sweet chocolate, melted
2 pkgs. (one 8 oz. and one 3 oz.) cream cheese

Use a 1 quart souffle or casserole dish. Mix eggs, cream and sugar in a blender until smooth. Cut cream cheese into pieces and add to blender with chocolate. Blend at high speed for 10 seconds. Pour into souffle dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes. Serve immediately. Makes 6-8 servings.

NOTE: Blended mixture can be chilled up to 2 1/2 hours in souffle dish before baking - increase baking time to 1 hour.
