1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 pkg. Jello
1/2 c. hot water
1/4 c. sugar
Juice and rind of 1 lemon

Chill milk, then combine Jello, mixed with water, sugar, and lemon juice. Fold into milk and add lemon rind. Pour into graham cracker crust and chill for several hours. Garnish as you please.
