4 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. fine graham cracker crumbs

Beat egg white until stiff. Slowly add sugar. Mix in pecans and cracker crumbs. Pour into 8 or 9 inch pie tin. Bake approximately 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
