FAST & ELEGANT BLUEBERRY PIE 
4 c. blueberries
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lg. graham crust

Cook 2 cups berries with sugar, water, cornstarch and salt on low heat until thickened. Then add butter and lemon juice. Bake crust 5 minutes at 375 degrees then add 2 cups uncooked berries. Pour cooked berry mixture over top. Cool then refrigerate. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
