VEGETABLE SALAD 
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 can French-style green beans
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can English peas
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, chopped

Bring the first 6 ingredients to a boil; let cool. Combine all the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Pour cooled dressing over vegetables and mix well. Chill before serving.
