RAISIN - BRAN LOAF 
1 c. Kelloggs All Bran
1 c. sugar (white or brown)
1 c. raisins
1 c. milk (skim is fine)
1 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. allspice

Mix All Bran, sugar, raisins and milk in a large bowl. Cover and leave overnight at room temperature. Mix in flour and spice. Pour into a well greased loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

If you are running late and don't have time for breakfast take a slice of this with you and have with your morning coffee, it's fab and then you've had your morning fibre. Of course it's delicious any time of day.
