MOLASSES BRAN LOAF 
1/3 c. (packed) brown sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. wheat germ
1 c. raisins
2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. molasses
1 3/4 c. buttermilk

Combine all dry ingredients and mix well, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, wheat germ, raisins, and whole wheat flour. Mix well.

Add and mix molasses and buttermilk. Stir well. Place in greased bread pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hour.
