DEEP - DISH PECAN PIE | |
1 (9-in.) deep dish unbaked pie shell 3 eggs 1 c. dark corn syrup (may use light corn syrup) 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. butter 1 tbsp. vanilla 1 c. pecans (may use walnuts) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs with whisk in medium bowl. Mix in corn syrup, sugar, butter and vanilla until well blended. Spread pecans on bottom of pie shell. Pour egg mixture over pecans SLOWLY. Bake 1 hour. Cool and serve. It's very good! |
