SESAME BAKED CHICKEN 
3 lb. chicken thighs and drumsticks
2 c. milk
1/3 c. Italian style bread crumbs
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. sesame seed
1 egg, beaten
3 tbsp. oil

Separate chicken thighs from drumsticks. Place in bowl with milk. Refrigerate 1 hour. Combine next 3 ingredients. Dip chicken in egg; coat with bread crumbs. Place skin side up on oiled pan. Drizzle with oil. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
