BAKED SESAME CHICKEN 
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. sesame seeds
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
3 tbsp. butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste

Dip breasts in butter. Add together the remaining ingredients and use to coat chicken on both sides. Place in baking dish on a rack (to prevent bottom from getting soggy). Bake 50-60 minutes or until tender at 350 degrees.
