Buffet rye bread or white rounds
Cucumber (European seedless)
8 oz. cream cheese
Grated onion, horseradish & lemon (to taste) OR mix in carton Alloette dip

Cut bread rounds with cookie cutter. Spread with cream cheese mixture and put a thin slice of cucumber on each bread round. Sprinkle with paprika. Sandwiches may be cut in half if desired. Can be made day before and covered with plastic. Sprinkle paprika when serving.
