1 loaf party rye bred 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 pkg. dry Good Seasons Italian dressing mix Dill weed Cucumbers Blend the cream cheese with the mayonnaise and the dressing mix. Spread on slices of rye bread. Put a thin slice of cucumber on the top of each bread slice (do not peel cucumber). Sprinkle a little dill weed on the top of each cucumber. Refrigerate. | |

I have made these twice....first time I used the Good Season's dressing mix and they were delicious, this time I used the Hidden Valley Farmhouse dry mix, and they were not nearly as good. Good Season's has made a believer out of me!
