GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can condensed chili beef soup
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 c. elbow macaroni, cooked and well drained
1/2 c. grated cheese (more, if desired)
1 sm. onion, chopped, if desired

Brown ground beef in skillet. Add soups. Mix well. Add cooked macaroni. Heat at least 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. (I brown the onion with the ground beef.) Pour into casserole, sprinkle with cheese on top. Cover and heat until cheese melts. Dish can be reheated easily and can be frozen. Makes about 10 servings.
