MORE BEEF CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onions 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper 1 or 2 tbsp. cooking oil 1 sm. pkg. elbow macaroni Dash of Tabasco or hot sauce 1 can tomato sauce 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can cream style corn 1 tbsp. chili powder 1/2 lb. or 1/2 c. grated cheese Cook noodles according to directions. Brown ground beef in oil with onions and peppers. Add tomato sauce, corn, chili powder and Worcestershire sauce. Cook 10 minutes. Drain noodles. In 2 quart dish, layer noodles and ground beef mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with cheese and bake until melted. |
