BAKED BEEF AND BEAN CASSEROLE 
Cook and stir:

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions

In 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet over medium heat. When the meat is brown, drain it and spoon the mixture into a 1 1/2 quart casserole.

Stir in:

1 (28 oz.) can pork and beans
1/2 c. catsup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix the ingredients well in the casserole and bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
