HAM STROGANOFF 
1 lb. cooked ham, cut into strips
1/2 chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, undrained
1 (8 oz.) carton commercial sour cream
Fettucini or rice

Saute ham and onion in butter until onion is tender. Stir in soup and mushrooms; cook over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in sour cream and cook just until thoroughly heated. Serve over fettucini or rice.
