CANTALOUPE & HAM SALAD 
2 c. diced melon
2 c. diced ham
1 c. dried Swiss cheese
1/2 green pepper, sliced in strips
1/4 c. minced dill pickle
1/3 c. chopped scallions
2 tbsp. parsley
1/3 c. chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients, toss.

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Chill 1 hour before serving.
