SWEET ROLLS 
3 pkg. yeast
1 c. dry milk powder
3 tbsp. sugar
4 c. lukewarm water
5 c. flour
1 cube butter - melted
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
5 to 7 c. flour

In a large bowl dissolve yeast, powdered milk, 3 tablespoons sugar in 4 cups of lukewarm water. Stir in 5 cups flour to form a soft sponge. Cover bowl with waxed paper. let sponge rise to double in size, about 45 minutes. Melt butter, add to 3 beaten eggs and 3/4 cup sugar. Add this mixture to the sponge. Add 1 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add as much flour (5 to 7 cups) as needed for a soft but not sticky dough. Knead about 5 minutes. Let rise to double in size. Shape dough into dinner rolls or make into cinnamon rolls. Let rise again to double in size. Bake at 350 degrees.
