BUFFET POTATOES 
1 1/2 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
Bread crumbs

Thaw potatoes for 45 minutes. Combine with remaining ingredients. Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
