SPRING SALAD 
1 lb. macaroni springs
1 c. chopped celery
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 pt. light Miracle Whip
1 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. tumeric
1/2 tsp. salt
Celery salt
Pepper

Cook macaroni only 12 minutes, drain; add celery, onion and green pepper. Set aside macaroni and vegetable. With a wire whip beat the Miracle Whip, water, vinegar, sugar, tumeric, salt, celery salt and pepper. Pour dressing over macaroni and vegetables. Dressing will be watery. Let stand overnight and then stir. Dressing thickens overnight.
