SPRING SALAD TOSS 
3 c. torn iceberg lettuce
3 c. torn romaine
2 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1/2 c. sliced radishes
1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
3 green onions, sliced
Salt and pepper
Italian salad dressing
1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese

In large salad bowl combine lettuce, romaine, zucchini, radishes, mushrooms and green onions. Season with salt and pepper. Toss lightly with Italian dressing to coat vegetables. Sprinkle blue cheese atop. Makes 6 servings.
