WANDA'S SPRING SALAD 
1 pt. mayonnaise
1 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 lb. macaroni (spring or rotini)
1 c. fine chopped celery
1 med. onion, chopped fine

Combine mayonnaise, water, vinegar, sugar, turmeric, pepper and salt. Mix well with wire whip, set aside in refrigerator.

Cook macaroni for 12 minutes, drain well. Add celery and onion. Add dressing, mix well. Allow to stand in refrigerator overnight. Salad will be juicy at first, but thickens as it sets.
