SHRIMP CRABMEAT DISH 
4 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 lbs. shrimp
1 3/4 oz. crabmeat
1/4 c. sherry

Melt butter in skillet. Saute onions and mushrooms 2 minutes. Add flour and stir until mixture bubbles 1 minute. Slowly add milk, stirring until thickened. Add shrimp, crabmeat, and sherry. Serve over rice.
