BLACK RASPBERRY COBBLER 
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
12 oz. jar black raspberry jam or preserves

1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder

2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 - 2 c. nuts

Mix all together and bake in tube or bundt pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
