SUNFLOWER SEED BURGERS 
3 c. cooked lightly salted brown rice
1 1/4 c. unsalted sunflower seeds, ground
1 1/2 c. finely chopped onions
2 tbsp. food yeast flakes (optional)
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. chicken like seasoning (optional)
1 sm. clove garlic, minced or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Combine all ingredients; form into patties. Place on buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Turn over 1/2 way through time and flatten.
