4 c. seeds
1/4 c. salt
1 gallon water

Soak overnight. Drain and set out to dry. For each 2 cups of seed coat baking sheets with 2 tablespoons oil. Spread seeds on sheets and sprinkle with 2 teaspoons salt. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally, when done spread on paper towel to drain excess oil. Dry overnight.
