IRISH SODA BREAD 
5 c. Jiffy cake flour
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 3/4 c. raisins
2 tsp. caraway seeds

Blend together, flour, sugar and baking soda. Add raisins and caraway seeds. Beat eggs and milk in a separate bowl. Add to dry ingredients, Mix well. Pour into well greased pan.

Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes. Reduce to 350°F and bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
