3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
20 crushed Ritz (or Hi Ho) crackers

TOPPING:

1 pt. whipping cream
2-4 tbsp. Nestle's Quick
Chocolate shavings

Stiffly beat egg whites. Fold in sugar, nuts, vanilla and crackers. Put in 9 inch pie pan, greased. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and chill.

Topping: Whip cream until it peaks, add Quick. Put on cake. Chill 3-5 hours. Add chocolate shavings before serving.
