SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 lb. or 2 pkg. frozen butternut squash
1/2 c. butter, melted
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 chopped onions
1 can water chestnuts, drained
8 oz. canister stuffing mix
1 1/2 c. liquid (chicken broth or water)

Combine all ingredients and spread into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
