CRAFTY CRESCENT LASAGNA 
MEAT FILLING:

1/2 lb. sausage
3/4 c. chopped onions
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. salt

CHEESE FILLING:

1/2 tsp. leaf oregano
1 egg
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. creamed cottage cheese

CRUST:

2 cans refrigerator crescent rolls
2 slices Mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp. sesame seeds

Brown meat; drain. Add onion, parsley, tomato paste and seasonings. Simmer 5 minutes.

Cheese Filling: Combine all ingredients.

Crust: Unroll crescent dough, separate into 8 rectangles. Place together on ungreased cookie sheet overlapping, pressing edges together to form a 15"x13" rectangle. Spread 1/2 meat filling lengthwise in center of dough. Top meat with cheese filling. Then add rest of meat (3 layers). Put slices of cheese on top. Fold sides over making a roll. Pinch to seal. Brush with milk and sesame seeds. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
