CHEESY BISCUIT LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (28 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. minced onion
1 can refrigerated biscuits (10 count size)
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Brown ground beef. Drain. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer about 10 minutes. Combine Mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, parsley flakes and onion in separate bowl. Separate refrigerated biscuits and press each biscuit into 4" circle. Place 2 tablespoons cheese mixture on each circle. Fold over, press edges together with fork to seal. Pour hot meat mixture into ungreased 13"x9" baking dish. Top with filled biscuits. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Serves 5.
