BREADED CHICKEN CUTLETS 
2 boneless chicken breasts
1 egg, whipped or egg beaters
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. Progresso Italian bread crumbs
2 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper

Rinse and dry chicken. Pound chicken with a wooden mallet. Mix egg and garlic powder. Dip chicken in egg mixture. Coat with bread crumbs. Heat oil in teflon skillet. Heat ungreased cookie sheet in 350 degree oven. Brown chicken quickly. Place on hot cookie sheet. Bake in oven 10 to 15 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Serves 2.
