FRUIT PIZZA 
1 box Pillsbury lemon cake mix
2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 egg

TOPPING:

4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream

In large bowl combine cake mix, graham cracker crumbs, egg and butter. Mix until crumbly. Press into 12 inch pizza pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool.

Topping: Beat ingredients one at a time until soft peak. Spread on top of crust. Arrange fresh cut fruit on top (in a circle) ex: peaches, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi.

Top with melted apple jelly (spread with brush) helps preserve fruit. Keep on ice.
