FRUIT PIZZA 
1 lg. roll Pillsbury sugar cookies
1/2 c. sugar
4 kinds of fruit of your choice
1/2 c. lemon juice
3 tbsp. cornstarch
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water

Cut sugar cookie roll into thin slices; press into 12-inch pizza pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 11 to 13 minutes or until brown. Let cool. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; spread on cooled crust. Arrange fruit in rings on top. Boil and thicken orange juice, lemon juice and sugar with mixture of cornstarch and water. Pour over all and refrigerate.
