FROZEN CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 c. jellied cranberry sauce
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise (do not use salad dressing)
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. nuts, chopped

Crush cranberry sauce with fork and blend in lemon juice. Beat with mixer. Pour into molds (I have used paper cups). FREEZE. Whip cream stiff, FOLD in the mayonnaise and nuts, place in molds on top of cranberry mixture. FREEZE. Unmold on crisp lettuce leaf, pass salted nuts if desired. Nice for holidays.
