CHICKEN WINGS BUFFALO STYLE 
2 1/2 lbs. chicken wings (12-15 pieces)
4 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 c. butter, melted

Split wings at joint; discard tips. Pat dry. Deep fry at 400 degrees until crispy (about 12 minutes). Remove, drain.

Combine Tabasco sauce and melted butter. Toss wings in sauce to coat completely. Serve with celery sticks and bleu cheese dip.
