1 med. size pork loin, trimmed of all fat 1/4 c. soy sauce 2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. cooking sherry Salt and pepper Cut loin into 1-inch cubes; combine remaining ingredients and marinate in mixture overnight. bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees, then 15 minutes at 500 degrees. Reduce heat to 400 degrees and continue to cook for 20 minutes. Serve with hot mustard and toasted sesame seeds. You can use dry mustard thinned with mayonnaise, water, or beer to make the hot mustard. |
