1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 can Carnation Cream, whipped

Mix pineapple, eggs, sugar, and add Jello. Heat to about boiling point and cool. Beat cream and fold into mix. Pour in vanilla crust pie plate.

Makes 3 pies.
